To say Dr. Hazelgrove’s organization is well managed and operates effectively is an understatement! Each segment of the operation, front office, hygienist, & doctor, took time to listen and familiarize themselves with me. Everyone was professional, pleasant, helpful and each added their own personal touch and attention to detail to ensure the security and confidence one needs to feel and experience when sitting in a dentist’s chair. Most definitely an AAA operation!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Hazelgrove for years now. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. He’s always been very personable, professional, and kind. Dr. Hazelgrove’s office staff have always been the same way too throughout the years, very kind, caring, and helpful. These are good people that genuinely care about your experience because we all know that no one really wants to go to the dentist and some people are petrified by it. I highly recommend this practice for your dental care!
Today was my first visit to this dental practice and I couldn't have been more pleased about the experience. Nicole, Marcus and Dr. Hazelgrove tended to me. If you look up customer service in the dictionary, I'm pretty sure the members of this practice would be listed. I have dental anxiety, but they all put me at ease. I have seen Dr. Hazelgrove for the last 20yrs he has yet been the best dentist I’ve been with ,keep in mind I did see another dentist before him but wasn’t impressed at all. Dr. Hazelgrove really cares about your well being and is very patient and kind, making you feel very comfortable, his work is impeccable ,never had any problems after any visits and if there were minor ones he was quick to take care of them. Thank you for all that you do ,making our smiles last another day.
