HORRIBLE receptionist. “We don’t have availability till next year…” that’s fine, I’ll take whatever soonest availability you guys have and then she hung up on me!!! Dr. Vernon, I advise hiring a new receptionist! I’ve worked in doctors offices doing this same job, you don’t hang up on people. I wasn’t even rude or anything like that. Literally said “that’s fine I’ll take your soonest availability!” Then she hung up. Sounds like she doesn’t want to do her job tbh….

Dr. Vernon was great. She was straightforward, sharp, quick and cured what I had going on. Going back after 2 years I could not get in to see her and was left with a new practitioner- omg what an awful experience. I had tinea and dermatitis. She took a look at my body and was like “I think these are bug bites” lol what? Turning around she is like “hmm maybe not its hard to tell with everything you have going on” omg get me out of here! She treated me with a steroid and a topical that cost $65 and burned my skin.
The billing department is very rude, I had questions and for every question I asked for which they have the information, I was asked did I have a way to look it up. If that was the case I wouldn’t have asked for help from them.
