I just went through there earlier today I came to a bbq and got out of my Audi and notice a huge scratch above my windshield. Will call tomorrow but I know they won’t do a thing. $10 is going to cost me a lot of money to get this fix. Beware!!!!!!
Car looked great after it was done. Long wait but that was to be expected since there was a ton of cars when I pulled in. Will definitely return.
Sitting here for the third visit in the last 3 months waiting for them to “send it through again”. Pretty disappointed to pay $42 for a full service wash and the windshield is still covered in dead bug slime and dirt everywhere. $8 tip just went back into my pocket - I should not have to ask for it to be washed again when it comes out looking like that... I won’t be back. 😕👎
The drive through was under maintenance and closed...I drove up and waited was told so by a guy...who was amused that I was there waiting in line. he said that they were only doing interior detail. there were lanes for was that had a big sign saying OPEN. I pointed it out to him and suggested he change that so people would know. He didn't think they had to...but another female attendant came and switched the sign. From my husband Jeff - This is my second time getting a exterior deluxe wash and did not get the car wiped down. No one to do it. 2 times in a row. I will not go to this car wash again. Their happy to take the 10.00 but clearly are not interested in giving back value. At least the Chevron on 99th street charges a reasonable price and expectations are met. Worst customer service ever! Get a better customer care program. Your staff could care less about your customers. I won’t be back.
They didnt clean the inside of the windshield or wipe down the inside by the heater vent they just skipped across the dash with a towel it was a pisspoor job for $28
Missed some spots. To their defense, it was very dirty from off-roading and 2 weeks of traveling when it went in. I told them they may have to change the water after they were done with my vehicle.
