Their car wash scratched the hell out of my truck then had the gall to completely deny any wrong doing and not offer any type of compensation. According to them their car wash is incapable of scratching ANY vehicle. Totally unprofessional shady ownership and management. Had to put in an insurance claim.
The quality of their service has gone downhill over the years! I just posted my latest experience on Yelp. Each time I visit I have to ask for things to be redone. Today they took my car back & revacuumed it but I’m through having to ask for things to be redone each visit. It’s disappointing & I’ll watch reviews & if the service is brought back up to the level it use to be I’ll return
Paid for the deluxe drive thru, at the end the guy that was to towel dry did a really poor job! I should have gotten out and inspected his work. Got to my next stop, got out to see an unwashed or dried rear door, dirty steps, dirty rims, and tires that looked like someone had thrown a little shine at them. I won't be back.

My car was comically dirty after exiting the drive thru. Can't believe the towel guy could look me in the eye as he took the tip. The back hatch was so filthy I had to wash my car when I got home. Paid extra for Simoniz but they Simonized dirt 😂 Won't be back. 3rd time, no improvements each visit. Gave three strikes because they tout "family owned" but those have been all used up & I feel extremely ripped off.
The person at the cash register could smile, say hello and thank you perhaps. She never does. My last car wash was over $30.00 and it was still dirty. The guy drying my car looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language when I asked him to wipe all the dirt off.
