Anybody who calls this complex a luxury apartment has clearly never lived in one. Let me ask you this: What kind of luxury apartment does not have keyless entry for the actual units themselves? In fact, smart home technology is pretty much non-existent in the units. If you live on the first couple of floors be prepared to hear noise. It's not crazy (all the time anyway), but this has got to be one of the noisiest places I've lived. don’t live here new management terrible, amazing apartment and maintence staff. But front desk and the actual management terrible. not like ZRS
After having poor experiences with tours at other apartments the past year this one was so good I signed the same night. UPDATE: I'm here after my 18 month lease to say I still give 5 stars. New management had to come in abruptly and did well under the circumstances. Beautiful property. Everything about the architecture and design is so modern and "sheek". The property itself and many of the amenities are beautiful. The front office, coworking area, and gym make a great first impression and are clearly where much of the attention is focused. Unfortunately, the day-to-day living experience did not match that initial impression. Roaches, frequent fire alarms going off at the strangest hours (including alarms starting around 2:30 AM and continuing until after 4:00 AM), and dirty hallway carpets with pet urine and feces stains are just a few of the many reasons to think carefully ... read more
