I recently moved into this apartment community, and I am truly happy with my decision. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Of course, like any new home, there were a few items that needed repairs or adjustments after move-in. Desiree is not an effective community manager. It feels like management is quick to hold residents responsible for every lease violation, but does not hold the property to the same standard when it comes to maintaining the community. Trash is often left around the property, the gates are frequently broken, the pool is regularly closed, and residents constantly have to worry about their vehicles being towed. Just wanted to give special recognition to my leasing agent Peyton for helping me, he was so wonderful, his awesome communication and means to go above and beyond to assist me with my move in. I’m very happy I chose Hazel, the community is so nice, clean, and well put together. The staff are super helpful and kind.
I have moved here a month ago and I’ve had a great experience so far with The Hazel. My move-in process was smooth and stress-free, and Peyton was especially helpful, checking in multiple times to make sure everything is going well. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and the staff works very hard every day. The amenities are also excellent, making it a really comfortable place to live overall.
Peyton has been so nice and helpful from touring to move in! Loving it here so far! Rebecca is very nice and informative as well! It’s a beautiful apartment complex and has a lot of convenient amentities. The conveince store is probably my fave! The finishes inside my unit are modern and sleek. Looking forward to my first year here!
