Always paid rent on time and had minimal complaints. Left us without heat for over 2 months from November to January. Had to get a space heater just to stay warm which racked up our electric bill. Finally moved out this month and now they won’t return my calls or texts about returning our security deposit to us. I do not recommend their business nor do I recommend renting from a landlord that uses them to conduct business for them.
