AWESOME! We are visiting from the other end of NC (Emerald Isle)and let me tell you this will not be my last trip to the Haywood Smokehouse! Great food and very fast friendly service!

In my opinion they have THE BEST barbecue in WNC. They do it like I do it at home - slow cooked in smoke, no parboiling or other partial cooking shortcuts. Nice atmosphere and always pleasant service as well.
Best grindz in North Carolina hands down!! Staff was great and they took care of us really good!!!
Just moved up here from Georgia an was cravin barbecue all day at work so I stopped by on the way home an got some pulled pork, potato salad, and Cole slaw ! Very cool looking place especially the patio an very friendly staff! The girl who took my take out order was from the same area I am from back in Georgia so that was pretty awesome! I will for sure be back to visit this delicious place ! Great job!
We eat there every week. Ribs are delicious, but recently tried the prime rib in sat nights, best I've ever eaten. And the service is always exceptional..
Jimmy and Tami Swain from Georgia just want to give a shout out for the awesome meal we had today. Brisket was fork tender and Brunswick Stew full of meat. Enjoyed the meal and service!
Absolutely unbelievable food! Definitely a must if you are in the area - their pulled pork and ribs are amazing!! Wish we lived closer.
Stopped by there yesterday after visiting the apple harvest festival in Waynesville. The food was absolutely delicious, the best BBQ I've ever had and the prices were great too. My only complaint is if you want to eat out on the patio you just have to get a to go order and sit out there because they do not serve out there.
