I have been a customer for over 20 years and have always had wonderful experiences. The staff could not be more helpful or nicer. If I have needed a special tool they will have it. Bear in mind this is not a "box o tolls" store but rather for crafts men and women who either depend on their tool for their livelihood or those of us like me who prefer to buy a tool once, and perhaps have it last the rest of their lives. Terrible customer service. I purchased a couple of items and one of them was not the correct size. I was not informed of the return/exchange policy or the lack of return policy at the time of purchase. I notice after I got back to the office that a stamp was put on my I invoice after my credit card was run that said no returns or exchanges. I never used the tool and it still had the tag on it.
