Great small glass shop. They provide home and business services. Reasonable prices
No longer exists. Edited: I physically went to the address on Google and nothing was there, no sign with numbers or anything. The man in the jewelry shop next door said they moved out 6 months ago. I needed a glass cutting tool.
Worked with Dave @ Hayward Glass. Due to issues with contractor, Hayward Glass worked with me to install, and then have to re-install, shower enclosure glass. Did a good job installing and making it look good with the base they had.
Installation was the easy part. The team came out quickly and the price was fair. However, I live at an HOA which requires a cert of insurance of any vendor. I paid an initial deposit and was assured that I would get a cert of insurance before I paid the final invoice. I’ve emailed and called and still no insurance. It is 410 days and counting! That is horrible customer service as they just stopped communicating. I’d like to pay the balance but in principle I’m waiting for the promised document!
Great shop with good prices, however call ahead to make sure they are in. If they had hours of operation posted I would've given 5 stars. I highly recommend them.
