i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again, this place sucks! was here for 2 1/2 hours only for me to walk out on my doctor cause she acted like she didn’t know what was wrong with me. do not recommend

Do not go here for anything. You will be treated very poorly.
Go to the ER with a dislocated shoulder and expect to lay there in severe pain for 3 hours because the ONE damn person who can put you to sleep for a 2 minute procedure is in surgery. REALLY? One person in the whole damn place. Hayward ER you suck. Not like thats a surprise to anyone in this area. On a side note the nurses did all they could but theres very little they are able to do.
This place sucks. My best friend left her house at the same time I did went to rice lake had her son seen and has treatment for him and on her way home. I'm still waiting to have a Dr come look at my kids. My daughter stopped breathing and started shaking in the waiting room but apparently that's not important. Thank god I was able to get her to breath again
