Mr Jonathan Hayward is such a delightful man to talk to. His business is responsive and his technician Drew is also a very hard worker and quite funny I might add. I could tell they would the perfect duo to fix my air right when I saw Mr Drew's goatee and Mr Jonathan's tribal tattoo. You will not want to miss out on this experience trust me.
Replaced a unit inside and outside with furnace 3 years ago and no issues. Did a great job. Replaced another one a few months ago and a great job again. Great prices and great work.
John Hayward is responsive and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to air conditioner issues. He explored all possible solutions and took the time to explain what was happening and why. His crew is very respectful and know what they’re doing. They fixed our upstairs unit and did it all without waking my 3-yr old who was napping in the bedroom below them. Their business card magnet has found a permanent spot on the side of our fridge and I highly recommend them!!
We are grateful we took John up n his offer to provide a free assessment of our heating systems following a very expensive estimate from Milestone. Assessment was free and he replaced to two capacitors free of charge. So far so good, will see him in the Spring! Thanks!
Great Company, Fair Prices, Honest. Had a issue with a A/C was not cooling. Mr Hayward him self came out got it up and running in no time. Didn't try to sell me anything I did not need.
