I’m not sure if it’s this manufacturing plant or what but several times a week you can smell extremely strong chemical smell from some manufacturing plant nearby. I live on E. 38th St. right by Mercyhurst so I would assume it’s possibly this one. You can definitely tell it smells like very strong chemicals, probably giving resident cancer like several other manufacturing plants nearby Highly doubt, they actually update their scrubbers to minimize pollution, but I hope they do.
