He takes his time with all patients. Love how cozy the waiting room is also Ashley is such wonderful front desk person she is always so helpful and kind
We have Dr. Hayes as our primary care doctor. He actually touches, examines patients, listens to their issues and performs labs and X-rays in accordance to the problem. That he actually performs a history and physical is amazing. He follows up on labs, himself. Truly a physician that you can rely on.
I made an appointment for 10:30am. Was asked to wait in my car until they were ready for me. After an hour and a half, I called to check in and they said it would be another half hour. Once 12:30pm rolled around I got a call saying it would be another 25 minutes. I had to cancel. I talked with the receptionist who was very nice and asked her to share my disappointment with the whole situation with the doctor. It’s been a week and a half now with no follow up. Dr Blue practices outstanding medicine. He is delightful, smart as a whip, and very patient centered. He has saved us from therapies that are not necessary including certain drugs. He is not afraid of integrative medicine especially when the benefits outweigh the harms.
All my visits were totaly professional with a truly caring staff. I would refer everybody I know to go there for their medical needs. I trust them for all mine.
Long wait but doctor is very knowledgeable and wants to help find answers for my problems and treats me like a real person.
Had some pretty major back pain in July. Went to see Dr.Blue who told me it was sprained (even though there was clearly more pain that a 'sprain') -was prescribed a steroid and pain killers on this visit. This did not help and in fact, rapidly got much worse. Went back a few days later as things got worse - Dr Blue was in disbelief- and dismissive. Dr Blue asked if I wanted stronger pain pills - there was a large lump forming at the base of my spine and I didn't feel pain pills were a solutio
