I love how the staff works with patients as individuals and not just another person to prep. Nurse Becky is my hero! From her #1 fan! Amazing staff!!
I have been in every two weeks since July and they take very good care of me there. I do sometimes have issues with appointment times but it is usually they are moving my appointment earlier in the day without much notice. If it was a problem, I would still have my scheduled time. One of the nurses drove an elderly man home who who did not have someone with him to get him safely home. Way above and beyond what is expected for the nurse who had worked all day.
More often than not they are way behind on appointment times. The worst part about that is no one bothers to tell you why or how much longer. I realize we're all at the mercy of the doctors but the staff has to speak up to those doctors ensuring they know that their patients are not happy with the constant tardiness.
