Horrible management. New owners purchased apartments during covid they doubled the rent and have stated every lease renewal their will be additional rent increases. Infested with roach bugs when the exterminator comes he sprays water. I called and lefted numerous messages with management she has horrible attitude blames the tenant. It is very difficult to get intouch with management. I found black mold in apartment and was hospitalized multiple times. The oven broke it took almost 8 months to get it fixed.
