I lived here for one year. The building was reasonably well maintained, and any issues were addressed promptly. The real problem came when it was time to move out. Thank you to Ajay, He is by far the best leasing agent I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He helped my girlfriend and I find the perfect unit for us! He spared no effort when showing us multiple units until we were happy! Hays farm has a beautiful outdoor pool and large affordable units, If it was not for Ajay I would never have found such an amazing place!
Awful company. They do landscaping at 8am on a weekday. Some of us need sleep before work.
