Your maintenance guy did absolutely nothing. He said he can’t do anything to rectify our issue. I should NOT have my neighbours kitchen cooking smells or smoke pouring down the vent hood into my apartment. I’ve lived here for over 10 years and only the most recent couple years has it been noticeable but it’s to the point now where I need to have my kitchen fan running for hours during the evenings and sometimes later in the evening if the tenants upstairs decide to cook. This has been an ongoing issue Garbage chute has been plugged for almost a week! I’ll be contacting min housing standards and environmental health and safety - I’ve reported this a number of times and nothing has been done. The smell is BRUTAL as GARBAGE IS STUCK IN THE CHUTE For what we pay this is outrageous, truthfully I can’t wait to move. I’ll post another sign for the other residents so they’re aware not to use it or pile it up

I lived here for one year. The building was reasonably well maintained, and any issues were addressed promptly. The real problem came when it was time to move out. The manager, who had always been friendly before, suddenly hung up on me when I told them I wasn’t renewing and would be leaving at the end of my lease.
