The washing machine didn't work well and they changed it with new one within 48 hrs. Really Great maintenance service.
I took off to come take a look at the place and they called me to confirm 2 hours before. When i showed up they stop answering me and and wouldn't take my call. Absolutely a horrible experience amd cost me time off work for nothing! So thank you

I went to Hays Farm to look at a 2 bed unit that they had available for rent. Although I didn't end up getting it, the property manager Ajay was extremely pleasant with me, answered all my question and addressed all my concerns. He was excited to meet me and did a great job showing me around the property - even went out of his way to come and get me when I couldn't find the right street. Thumbs up for AJAY (AJ).
I enjoyed my time living here at Hays Farm. The management was very attentive and responsive. I did have some concerns during my tenancy. Being in a park like setting, it wasn’t uncommon to get ants and tiny insects coming into my unit. Management treated it as a priority and called pest control which mostly fixed everything. I felt the costs for the amenities were too expensive and kept creeping up year after year, when the pool and tennis courts are only used about 5-6 months out of the year, yet tenants pay $1200/yr or $1... read more
