I was most pleased with my first visit. I would recommend the practice to my family and friends. Good technique, up to date equipment, clean, and friendly staff.
Each time I visit the dentist it is a pleasurable experience because of the attention to detail and the obvious dedication to the best possible care for my dental needs. The office is very nicely done, and the staff knowledgeable and friendly.
The service was prompt and very thorough.
Dr Christopher is a master in his work as a dentist. Besides thiis, he is nice, kind, and patient. I trust him since I met him many years ago, he works with me and my famiily and all of us recognize his talents.
It is no secret that I am not a big fan of going to the Dentist's office, however with Hays Dental Group I am in good hands from the minute I walk into the door until the minute I leave. I love that they calm my nerves and explain things to me in detail and the best part is they remember me and I am not just a number to them. Thank you Vanessa (Nessa) and Dr. Max for always making my visit comfortable and for treating me like family. You are the best!
It is always a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned and checked by Carly Portra. She is very careful in cleaning and checking for possible problems, whiich an octagonarian certainly may have. Working with her and her brushing instructions has improved my whole "mouth condition". I also appreciate the advice from Dr. Wasserburger on what needs to be done in upkeep and repair. I certainly feel secure in their hands and appreciate theiir very personal care.
Excellent service! I showed up on time and checked in, then I didn't even have to wait a full minute before the hygienist called me for my cleaning. All the employees were very polite and professional, the cleaning was quick, painless, and informative. Vanessa, the hygienist, was very gentle, and did a great job. I can honestly say that this experience was by far the best experience I've ever had at the dentist's office.
Love this group . . . couldn't be more professional, friendly and timely! I used to regret going to the dentist . . .but since I switched to Hays, do not dread it whatsoever.
Two of my teeth had major cracks in them due to large childhood silver fillings and required crowns to preserve those teeth. The preparation for my first crown went very well, so I wasn't worried about my next dental appointment to seat that crown and prepare my second tooth for a crown. However, once Dr. Hall began preparing the second cracked tooth for a crown, he discovered the tooth next to it had a deep crack under its large filling that didn't show up on the x-ray.
