I have been with Dr David Hays since before he joined the Cascade Clinic. He is a fantastic doctor. Knowledgeable and empathetic. However, it is virtually impossible to get an appointment in a timely manner. Very frustrating. This last appointment was for an annual checkup. I am concerned for when I may need to see him in a more urgent situation in the future. Unfortunately, a reflection on where we find ourselves in today's health care. Exceptional office staff from beginning to end. Dr. Hayes is clearly a doctor's doctor that exudes knowledge and competence balanced with empathy and compassion. I feel very fortunate as a patient

David is an extraordinary provider. I wish I could get in to see him more regularly but his current schedule does not allow it. Most of the other doctors and PA's I've seen in leu of seeing David have been pretty good.
