Horrible service and the pricing is out of control.
This is the best store! I loved shopping in Searcy for years and was thrilled when they came to Jonesboro. Totally sad they will close next year. Hoping they keep it in the family and stay opened. I have always been welcomed and helped tremendously!
Your workers are saying you aren't really closing...just turning the store over to your son and renaming it Hays 2. So, it appears this is just a ruse to get people to rush in there and buy a bunch of your overpriced merchandise because they believe they won't be able to get the junk anymore.
Great store and clothing but it's way to expensive. I'd love to buy more merchandise there but I can't afford to pay $120 for one pair of jeans that lasts 4 months and drop $40 on one tshirt. Lower the prices and y'all will get a lot more business from me and many other middle class people.

Every time I go in, the workers are always complaining and griping. Been in numerous times where I've had to hunt employees down to ask questions or get a fitting room. They seem to not want to be there or care that they are working. I have never had a "friendly" experience.
