Ordered through Amazon with this store. Ordered on 12/9. They supposedly shipped the boots on 12/10. The UPS Tracking Number they gave me was a false number. I contact them on 12/18 and they stated they had to reach out to a third party shipper to get it corrected. They gave me a 2 day window to be back to me. I finally contacted Amazon directly on 12/24 since I had not received a response from Hays. The customer service is second to none. I have always been greeted with a smile by all the Hays staff, and treated like I was the only one in the store. I felt as though they were glad I was shopping with them. I hope to be a customer for many years to come.

Purchased a pair of shoes on Amazon and contacted the seller three times to have them the order cancelled over one week before the item shipped and never heard back from them. Now I have something shipped on an accidental order. Extermely poor customer service and will never buy from them again.
I had an issue with an employee today about exchanging a shirt my daughter got for her birthday. Another employee brought it to the owners attention, and they reached out to me before I even made it back to my hometown. (I live 2 hours away.) Tyler and Emily have apologized numerous times and have attempted to do everything they could to make the situation right.
