I have a hays customer since they were in, what is now sears. I love the people and the owners. My sister worked for them a while. It breaks my heart to see that they are closing! They have always been a huge part of my Christmas list and christmas shopping. I have no clue where to find the things on my husbands Christmas list after they close. I have always had great customer service. Sometimes a little too much asking if I needed help. But I would much rather have that then to be ignored like in other stores. There are not many places to get nice clothes in our area. I hope the ones that are complaining like driving all the way to Little Rock for the same clothing. Hays has always donated to the Augusta Schools when asked. You guys rock for me. Please keep doing what you are doing.
