Parnell Haynes is in a class by himself. Customer service is what he is about. I had a home standby generator install at my home two weeks ago. He kept me informed days in advance when they were showing up and work being preformed and they were on time and do first rate work. Bill and Juan did outstanding work and everything works perfectly. Tonight I lost power and in less than 10 seconds my generator took over automatically and we are staying nice and cool and running as if nothing even happened. Cant say enough about thes... read more

I just had 3 ceiling fans replaced. I had used these guys before for a replacement of a breaker. They are prompt courteous and professional. Definitely recommend them.

The technician was a rather young man, however, as he explained his work to me also outlining the costs involved it was evident to me that he was well educated in electrical circuits.
