Can't go any lower. Home was placed in 93, but they claim that a little surface rust on a tie down strap does not meet code, along with a couple of wooden wedges, then they expect more tie down straps to meet 98 HUD requirements. DO NOT USE!!!!!! Waste of money!!!!
Absolutely terrible! They held up our closing because they misread the 1996 HUD code. Then tried to sell us an entirely new system. After challenging their inspection, they admitted to "misreading the code". They nearly cost us the deal as this was required for FHA financing and they knew it. Shifty shady characters. I wouldn't trust Hayman Engineering.
