Got sued by this management group for the 3 months rent I had to overstay at ****************** in ******** because of covid. Nobody was allowed to go outside let alone find a new place and move out. Very cheap company! Shame on you!
Their property, ***********************, has refused to fix the water damage in our apartment for a month now. Utterly ridiculous that they're allowed to operate in the *****************.
The Hayman Company is acting as a tyrant ruler! I have moved into an apartment building that has not fulfilled their lease. The fire alarm (all non emergency) have went off at various times from 12pm in the afternoon, to 10pm at night, 12am, 230am, and 3am in the morning! How can someone validate that you have a peace of mind? This is a horrible and unethical management company. They had residents living in unsafe and unsanitary conditions for almost a month when the trash chutes backed up and garbage accumulated everywhere and stank up the whole place. They were too cheap to hire people to clean it and after weeks made managers pick it up. They will do anything to save a dime, even if it means putting people in unsafe conditions.
