After being disappointed yet again with the Canadian healthcare system, I made an appointment to See Dr Svedjan in ND, 140 miles from Winnipeg, Canada. It was absolutely worth it because I simply cannot praise this Doctor enough. With her amazing demeanor, she heard my concerns with attentiveness and empathy, and made me feel validated. We had the same family physician for over 20 years. We needed to find another physician since our previous physician moved away. We were anxious about this because he set the bar the highest it will go where doctors are concerned. Dr. Svedjan was the first physician we saw after our other doctor moved away. After seeing her, we knew she would be a very good replacement.
