She is only receiving 1 star because zero stars are not an option. She was absolutely horrible to my 6 year old son , because he cried when she gave him a shot. Instead of doing what a good medically educated doctor would do and assure him he was fine. Not once , but twice said “ I’m not dealing with this crying” . She then just said “ I’m not dealing with whining “ and walked out of the room not to return. The hygienist was great as Dr. Massad has always been with my other 3 children but as far as this “dentist” she should ... read more
