This company is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. 6 MONTHS AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T FULFILLED MAINTENACE REQUESTS. 6 MONTHS. SIX MONTHS. HALF A YEAR! My roommates and I have been leasing from them since August 2020. We rented a small 3bd 3 ba house. We knew moving in that the house isn't new. We knew that it wasn't going to be in the best condition, but the condition the house was in was absolutely horrific. Atrocious company. I would never lease anything through them again. My roommates and I were being forced to pay $5000 for things that were completely out of our control. Claiming the house had been flooded...in the four years I had lived there we saw absolutely no signs of flooding, but yet the day we move out we get charged for this crap. I completely understand if it was something we actually did...I would be willing to pay for the damages. I just think they try to prey on college kids whose parents can afford it. From my experience while my son was a student at Auburn you need to stay as far away from HAYLEY MGT as you possibly can. My son & 3 other guys rented a house from them his first 2 years at Auburn. HAYLEY kept their entire deposit & if you read the many other BAD reviews you will see they used that deposit towards getting the house ready for the next tenants. THAT IS SO WRONG. So my sons last 2 years while a student at Auburn he decided to rent from them again but this time I stayed on top of the condition of their house.... read more
