I hate dumping bad reviews, but I can't let this slide. I brought our 2015 Ford Fusion in for an oil change a few months back. The car had about 17,000 miles on it. Now it leaks oil. I have brought it in twice to have it fixed, but all that can be accomplished is making it stop for a few weeks at a time. I called in to attempt to have it fixed a third time, but don't feel I can even get treated like anyone remotely cares so I just gave up. I bought my Vehicle there, 2014 Escape, and am so Happy with it! Yesterday was the 2nd time I have taken it in for Oil Change and the Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! And I couldn't be more Satisfied! Thank Y'all
I bought a new Ford Transit connect and am having intermittent problems with my sync 3 system. Lucky for me it acted up while driving by Hayford Ford. I brought it to service and they helped me right away. What a great car dealership. If you would like to see what customer service should look like come to Hayford Ford in Isanti! The people there are very pleasant and Mary she is Great working with between the techs., keeps you informed on the progress of your vehicle. We have been bringing our truck there for just about everything and have never been dissatisfied with the work. I would recommend this place.

I highly suggest anyone looking to purchase new or used vehicles go see Jesse at Hayford Ford. He is a highly motivated salesman with family values. Never buy a vehicle from this place!! Bought a used F250, told it was a 7.3, it died after 2 months, traded it in and found out the truck was a 6.0. Knowing that the 2003 Ford 6.0 truck had engine problems, would never have bought that 6.0. Also, our son bought a used F150 from them. After a few months, he had to replace the engine. This place gets from us.
