These are compassionate doctors and the staff are really attentive. Its busy but worth it.
I absolutely loved the care my dog received and the love we received when his diagnosis was not good at all. The whole staff was so loving and so helpful during our process of having to put our dog down. And they were loving enough to get a stamp of 3 of his paws before they had to send him off. And then they all wrote a heartfelt letter to us including the paw prints and a seed paper for us to plant. It really brought tears to my eyes the amount of compassion they have. I just brought my 13 week old Golden Retriever to Hayfield Animal Hospital for her second vet appointment with Dr. Mertes this past week. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff at Hayfield was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I felt welcomed from start to finish; I left knowing my Logan is in good hands at this establishment.
