First time visitor to this hospital with our foster pup. Facility was nice, clean, inviting as were the receptionists. It took a little longer than expected to be seen...maybe 25 minutes past our appointment. The tech was very nice and let me know she was waiting for a room to open. We were seen by Dr Watson who explained everything in detail for our particular reasons for the visit. Been coming to Hayfield with both of our pups for like 8+ years (Torgue says hi) and they’ve been the best visits. From the front desk who always recognize our pups and the vets who will also ask about the other pup at home, always wonderful to visit even if not under ideal circumstances. I can tell the staff loves the animals. My dog is always well taken care of, despite how neurotic she can be. The staff is very knowledge and patient with my pet.
When we moved a few years back we considered changing vets for our dog because, instead of a 10 minute drive to HAH, it was now almost a 40 minute drive. We decided to drive the extra distance to Hayfield (even though our dog got extremely hyper in the car) because we were very satisfied with the care that our dog was getting there.
