Was charged cash for my surgery here, paid out of pocket. Not only did their cautery wand malfunction mid-surgery, leaving me with additional scarring due to their faulty equipment. After i fought insurance to get coverage and succeeded, they pocketed the money returned to them by my insurance saying they should have charged me more money since i had insurance. Incredible staff who were tons of help with everything. Wouldn't have wanted surgery any other place.
Had a family member get care here. Nicest staff across the board, from reception and the back office, to the OR and recovery! If your doctor has you going here, IME I'd consider it one less thing to worry about.
