I loved living here during my junior and senior year at Binghamton. Adequately furnished, great staff that responded to any issues (not that there were many). Plus, I met my fiancé here!
We had a great experience at our apartment showing yesterday at Hayes. Gail and staff were extremely helpful with our son. Gail is professional, experienced, and not at all pushy. She and her staff took the time to explain in detail the rent/lease process and are all very gracious. Hayes will be a great experience for him.
I have lived in various locations (on and off campus) and I can say without a doubt that Hayes is the best place! I love how close the apartment complexes are to campus (Binghamton University). You can drive (3 minutes), take the bus (campus shuttle or city #5 bus) or walk (10 minutes). Its in a very safe neighborhood and all of the staff are super friendly. Thank you Gail and Lisa for such an amazing experience at Hayes. :)
Hayes is an awesome place to study and live for both domestic and international students. I am an international student and I lived at Hayes for two and a half years. Gail and Lisa as well as other maintenance staff are super nice! I never felt lonely living here, and especially, the heater in the room works so well that you can easily feel hot and sweaty in winters.
Hayes is a wonderful place to live. Its my first year living here and I plan to stay here until I graduate. Gail and Lisa are very kind and will always be there to help you for anything. It's like a home away from home! The maintenance group are very kind as well and they're always great at what they do. If you're scared about living off campus, Hayes is a great choice since you're not very from campus.
The staff are always ready to help to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment in Hayes. If there are any maintenance problems usually resolved quickly. The snacks/coffee in the office during special occasions are a plus!!
Hayes is a wonderful place to live. This is my first year living here and I have renewed to live here again next year in Building 1. The 1 bedroom apartments are a great size for one person and having everything fully furnished made moving to Binghamton for my graduate program super easy. When I was searching for apartments, Hayes was the perfect balance of cost and amenities. It helps too that all of the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
