RecommendedI have lived at Hayes for 4 years now throughout my entire graduate school career. I have no complaints at all. The people that work here really treat you like family and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy! Hayes also has a great location with being within walking distance to BU. It’s even better if you have to go to the ITC complex! I would highly recommend anyone looking for housing near the campus to look into Hayes!
Hayes community is a very quiet and convenient place for student to live in. You can walk to binghamton university within 10 minutes. Of cause you can take the shuttle to the campus. The staffs of Hayes are also very kind. They helped me solving many problems during I lived at this place. I really recommend my friends to choose this place.
The staff here are very nice and helpful. Living here is one of the best choice I have made after arriving Binghamton. It is very close to the university, and it is clean,comfortable. I am gonna miss it after I leave here.
Close to campus which truly is convenient. The apartments are old and full of mold. The staff is not always friendly. They charge almost the same amount of money as UP (which is down the road). The food that is served at the once a year BBQ isn’t Halal nor Kosher (many residents keep Kosher). If you asked me, I made the mistake by choosing to live at Hayes instead of UP.
Close to campus, friendly and responsive management; highly recommend!
Landlord is super competent and really professional, (what felt like) the second I had a problem and told them about it they fixed it. The location is really quiet but a bit out of the way from Binghamton which has its ups and downs. The apartments themselves have thinner walls than one would like and the lack of a dishwasher does get annoying, but other than that I would recommend Hayes to anyone.
Its all about Convenience and Comfort. The staff always tried to help residents even if it's something small like getting a package delivered to your apartment because you can't get off campus within business hours. The maintenance crew and Hayes assistants are also available to help, nights and weekends. And Hayes is the closest to campus, so I walked to campus when it was nice out.
