We bought our Jayco 2018 Precept 31UL at Hayes RV center last week. We were impressed with everyone we came in contact with there. Our salesman, David Foster, was very knowledgeable and was never pushy. We highly recommend Hayes RV to anyone looking to purchase an rv.

i just wanted to say this is a great place to buy an rv !! we just bought our first one, a wolf pup 16bhs, and cason and curtis were really great and helped us with everything and answered all of our questions !! if your in the market, definitly go by and see them before you buy anywhere else !! 5 stars !!!

We had a major problem that required IMMEDIATE resolution. We were in Longview, TX and some people we had met on our trip had suggested Hayes RV. We called Hayes RV as soon as we arrived in Longview and asked if we could get in the next day to get our problem fixed. They said to come in at 3:30, we arrived at 2:30, fixed the problem and we were out within an hour and a half. We HIGHLY recommend Hayes RV Center! We bought our fifth wheel toy hauler from another dealer in Canton, TX .. from the time we bought it, we had trouble with the generator. The dealership, from the beginning said they didn't work on them, to take it to an Onan service place .. after three Onan services places in Tyler, Whitehouse and Ft Worth .. it still didn't work right. I shopped all over Louisiana,Texas and Arkansas for a rv, I feel very good about the deal I got at Hayes. The staff was great, David my salesman was awesome and they are very great folks to deal with after the sale!
