RecommendedWe had a great experience buying our camper at Hayes! We loved the fact that they said look as long as you want, let us know if you need anything! Bobby made our purchase SO stress free! He answered every question and was very knowledgeable about anything we asked! Steve in the service department went step by step showing us everything about the camper. Both men said call us if you have ANY questions. If you are looking for an RV, and they have A LOT, you won’t be disappointed at Hayes!!
Purchased our first Jayco travel trailer at Hayes. Bobby was a pleasure to work with on the purchase. Really enjoyed the lot where you can walk around and enter RVs without being pressures by salesmen. After the purchase Curtis did a great job explaining how all of the various systems on the trailer worked. He even spent about 30 minutes helping me troubleshoot some issues with my trailer connection (blown fuses).
Good experience purchasing my camper. Cason made sure I got everything I wanted. Tara kept me in the loop the hole time during the process and Steve did a kick a$$ job during my walk through. Highly recommend buying from Hayes rv
Exceptional sales and service!! Bobby went above and beyond to help us with our TT purchase. He met us after hours and he was easily accessible for all of our questions (we live 3 hrs away). After our purchase, Curtis, service dept, thoroughly walked us through all the ins and outs in caring for our TT. We are not part of the Hayes RV family but we sure felt like it when we drove off with our new Jayco Whitehawk 27RB. Thanks guys!
Bought my first camper there and Bobby was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had. They had just what I was looking for. Even after the purchase they’ve been very helpful with any little issues that have come up.

Not to happy with service department
We just had our RV worked on, The service technician was very helpful and friendly. He made sure everything they did was done correctly and gave us tips on how to prevent the same things from happening again. I would recommend anyone who needs RV or Camper service to take it their. They are awesome.
