Oh my goodness, where to start?! Carlos and Jimmy truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND. My credit isn’t that great and I was able to get the car I wanted with no hassle, not to mention I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. They genuinely care about the end result. I am so impressed with how much HMC actually cares about their customers. Not your average used car lot.
They lied from the get go. They made the poor salesman look horrible which he was amazing. They signed a IOU and come to find out said they just did it to get rid of us lol. They don't go off of Christian values another RD is what they are. We have every private message phone records every text message everything have tried for over 5 months to resolve this. We have been contacted by several salesman telling us stuff. They gave a clean car fax and the body shop said it had been wrecked. We've never had a wreck pictures to ho... read more
