The maintenance is terrible. The manager would go on vacation while me, my fiancé, newborn, and step son would be freezing or hot bc they could never fix our AC unit or heat until the very last minute. Then lie to another place saying we owed money even tho it was payed off and signed by the manager and we were given copies of it just for us to get denied at another place because she likes screwing people over I guess. Wouldn’t recommend you’ll be waiting longer than you applied.
