Room seemed to be clean and then I found and had to kill a bug which looked like a roach Notified front desk immediately and was told no one is available to assist. Then I was given the email of a manger because he never available to speak on phone. Nothing was ever followed up on Really surprised at the way it was handled. Will not be staying there again.
