It's well maintained business with very good facilities such as gym and laundry. Everything works and are kept clean and functional. The management and maintenance staff are professional and services are done on time. There is hardly anything to complain about.

I have been living at Hayes House since 2010. I like living here because I feel a sense of being with "FAMILY" and that is all because of a great Hayes House Team led by Yvonne Salazar, our building manager. Yvonne is courteous, professional, friendly, and always ready to listen and address all tenants' concerns. I've lived here for 12 years and will only leave this place when I purchase a home. It's conveniently accessible to the train, airport, and highway. I first lived in a 1 bedroom and moved into a 2 bedroom after I had my son. They renovate the older apartments when tenants move out as a practical way to upgrade the facilities.
