They seriously need to update the older building. It has an extremely musty odor (more then likely mold), and we had problems with mice, centipedes, and brown recluse spiders while living there along with water damage that was very poorly fixed. I had mold/mildew growing on my windows from the humidity of the air and they told me to clean it myself. Amenities and location are good but very overpriced for quality of the building. I just moved into Hayes House this past week. Throughout the process of finding and renting an apartment, the Hayes House staff (especially Jasmin) have been incredibly available, helpful, and accommodating. After moving in, I had a few minor maintenance questions and they sent someone one hour later to help me. Everyone is friendly and Hayes House has been a wonderful experience already.

The new staff are so friendly and accommodating and make us feel supported and welcome here. I also loveeee the new facilities, especially the lounge! We are planning to have a little birthday get together in there with our friends.
