No consideration No synergy at the Dealership... Said they needed my wives car for 1.5 days...no offer of loaner so my wife took 2 days off from work- ( Warranty work keep in mind ) They started late and pushed it to a 3rd day...causing my wife to take another day off from work. I have been there 3x to get something fixed on my Taurus and they keep getting the wrong Part. I'm at their mercy now....when the warranty time is over on both cars I won't be back-

Service on my Ford Escape I was greeted by Ashley M. (my service coordinator). She was friendly and cordial. She went over the work to be performed, I signed the work order, and went to Serafin's comfortable waiting area. My oil change and multi-point inspection were done in a reasonable amount of time. I did have a concern about my fuel range indicator, which I told Ashley about. My paperwork stated that the technician either could not find the code for this, or didn't find any error. Ray Seraphin Ford We have bought multiple cars at this excellent dealership. We just purchased a Ford Escape Titanium to replace our 2012 Ford Fusion SEL and my husband's 2001 Ford Crown Victoria. We take good care of our cars and always service them at Seraphin's. We always count on them to do a great job...and they do!

Customer Went in with the interest of purchasing a new truck already knowing the options and features I was looking for. The staff searched for similar vehicles throughout the dealer network that covers most of the United States. The closest similarly optioned truck was located in Los Angeles but still wasn't exactly what I wanted so it was decided that I would order. Customer Was told many times that they could get me into a new car. Yes they can but with the payments being well over what you had in mind. Why would you buy a car that you just know that you cant afford. Want my payment to be $400 and they come back with a payment of $600. Thats crazy.I got my hopes up 3 times now with nothing to show for it. So I'm not happy and will continue on shopping for my new car elsewhere. The new salesman was really nice and showed me alot of different things on the car. That was great.
