You don't have to wait long at all very nice staff too
The staff is very rude and threatening. In fact, I got banned from the clinic...figure that one out. I only went there to see Luisa Leal. Now Luisa has her own practice Horizon Diebetes, so I would recommend going there!!!
Kay Williams is awesome. She is one of the nurse/practitioners and takes very good care of me. I used to see Dr. Hayes herself originally and she's great. She is also a diabetic and really understands what you're experiencing. Totally recommend this place. They're all very nice and helpful.
I do not recommend this office. I was on an insulin pump and they had it completely set up wrong. When I asked why I could not get my A1C down I was simply given higher doses of insulin. I get fed up and switched doctors, my new doctor set my pump correctly and with in a couple weeks my BG was under control. Now after seeing my new doctor I no longer need my pump and I am doing great.
I love the providers and staff! Dr Hayes is wonderful
Very friendly staff and Dr Hayes is an amazingly sweet loving and caring doctor. LOVE LOVE LOVE HER
