So grateful to Randy and Christy Hayes of Hayes Body Shop Inc. in Dekalb, Illinois. They went above and beyond the call of duty to fix Natasha's car. Not only did they spend hours on the phone with a concerned mom hundreds of miles away, they worked with worst insurance company on the planet to get Natasha back on the road as quickly as possible. Picked up our 2002 Honda Accord today! Hayes replaced the driver side door which we found in black; color matched the door to the side panels to the original green! It looks brand new for a very reasonable price! We received a second quote from a competitor for over $700 more to do the exact same work. We are thrilled! We would recommend again!
I got a dent in my car and they fixed it in 1 day. They even washed the windows and vacuumed the inside of my car. I never expected them to clean it for me. Best experience I've ever had. I would totally recommend them if you need any thing fixed. Thanks for fixing my bmw!!
There are only good things to say about Hayes. I brought them my Tahoe after an accident damaged the front end. They fixed my car in just one day! I am so amazed and grateful. I've never experienced such incredible customer service. They're the most dedicated people I've interacted with probably ever. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.
Fantastic, friendly, and professional people. Brought in my Jetta after a Chevy Blazer backed into it and crushed my front end. Hayes worked with my insurance company and fixed my car in 1 day! They also cleaned and detailed the inside, washed my car, touched up other body paint nicks not related to the accident and gave me a complimentary bottle of matching touch up paint.
