Took our truck in November 12 for an estimate and got the go ahead from our insurance. Several calls to Hayes and yet we were still waiting for the repair. December 12 at 3:45pm, I stopped in for an estimate on a different vehicle and questioned what was going on with getting our truck done. I was rudely told by the office guy that he was busy with an order and I needed to come back the next day. I didn’t get any answers on our truck.
