Lance Vanzant recently handled a variance request for my mother on her Lake Ray Roberts property and was able to get approval last week from Denton County Commissioners' Court. Diana and Byron were very understanding, compassionate and wonderful to communicate with during this very stressful time for us. The receptionist was also very kind and caring.
