I broke my tooth and the crown along with that in the front of my mouth. My broken smile devastated me and my emotions. Dr Paul Johnson and his dental assistant Kelli gave me my beautiful smile back. I am forever indebted to them for it gave me back my personal confidence and personal happiness. The compassionate care and exceptional/ professional customer service is off the charts
My husband had a Saturday appointment scheduled since February that Haye canceled today, (blaming COVID, naturally) only two days before the appointment and is now booked out until November to reschedule an appointment. I am extremely disappointed by this poor service and do not recommend; we will not return.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dawn today and it’s my understanding that, while she has several years under her belt as a hygienist, she is new to the group. It didn’t take me long to catch on to the fact that Haye is very lucky to have her! Aside from being super thorough and really good at her job, she truly seems like such an amazing woman! I have gone to various Dentists over the years, but I have never felt as comfortable with my treatments as I have with the staff and Dr Gray. The staff greets you by name and they are always on time and efficient with my treatments. They have been flexible and courteous when I have had to change my appointment. I would recommend this Dental group to anyone.
My 7 year old daughter had her very first filling with Dr. Kim and Erica. They were beyond amazing with her and exceeded my expectations. Their pediatric techniques were spot on when it came to giving her the injection. It went perfect and she didn't even cry! They explained all the dental instruments they were going to use by using fun names which made her feel even more at ease. They answered all her questions and were extremely patient with her. Well done ladies!!
