During my scheduled appointment the professional expertise of Dr Bruneel and staff was perfect from start to finish. I was welcomed, understandably guided through necessary analytical steps of my vision and eye physical examination, and received a complete summary of the results. Always have a great experience from beginning to end of visit. All questions were answered. Receptionists and assistans, personable and pleasent. A good experience!
The optometrists and opticians at Hayden Vision have always been competent, kind, and well deserved of patient loyalty. The practice itself is easy to find and well appointed with a cute selection of glasses of which I bought two pairs. Their lens cleaning solution is buy one and refill- for how long not sure. I had an excellent exam where my rx was used for surgical loupes and it’s worked out so well. I love that they aren’t pushy and tailored my vision preferences carefully.
