I can’t say enough great things about this vet office!! Each visit has been absolutely wonderful. They are always so gentle with my pets and make them feel as comfortable as possible during our visit. All procedures and information are always explained very well and in a way that’s easy to understand. Recently over this past week I have had to take my ferret in a few times since he has been ill. I will always bring my pets to this Animal Hospital. They are a kind and supportive staff. Dr. Ryan cared for my Daisy when she fell ill.💔 What I loved is De. Ryan didn't recommend putting her down. He gave us options and time. ❤️🐾 Dr. Ryan gave me the gift of a few more months with my baby girl, to make more memories and take in every moment and many more pictures. I must say that I have never encountered a situation like this. I called Hayden Road Animal Hospital in Scottsdale Arizona because I wanted the veterinarian to examine my cat. My cat has been throwing up almost daily, she is extremely nervous and is showing some different habits. I was told by the receptionist that they are not taking any new patients. I have never heard of anything like this in my life. Don't call yourself an animal hospital if you are refusing to treat the furry patients that are sick.
We moved to Arizona a year ago. I am very protective of my dogs and so worried I would not find a veterinarian that I would like. I LOVE this vets office!!!! Dr Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and always answers all of my questions!! Great staff also!!
Amazing staff. Drs. Wayne and Ryan Svoboda are both highly professional, caring, and empathetic. I could not recommend them any higher. Both doctors helped ease our grief when we've had to euthanize two of our beloved cats in a three-year span. Their caring demeanor and obvious love of animals shone through in how they helped us through a very difficult time. I called this afternoon for an issue with one of my ferrets. The staff was AMAZING! They were able to see my girl today and got her on meds to get her better! I'm so glad I was referred here and would absolutely recommend their services to any pet owner! Thank you so much to everyone, including Dr. Ryan for everything you did today! I really appreciate it!
I love coming here with my ferrets! They are experts in them. AZ Ferret Rescue recommended them to me after adopting my ferrets and they are always willing to go the extra mile for there fur patents. Would recommend them for any animal family member you have you wont be unhappy .. Thanks you all for your great work
Every single person on staff is wonderful. The Docs are so knowledgeable with all animals. They're worth their weight in gold and then some. I highly recommend them. My furbabies are my life and I have all my faith in HRAH.
