management the management sucks don't rent here. they are only 2 workers there and 90% of thr timr they are never there.
Malicious dishonesty The property manager/maintenance will enter your unit without conspicuous notification, at best. Do not expect to get your deposit returned. They will lie to you multiple time about your refund being in the mail. Then you will receive a notice of collections for the bill they concealed from you. Also, if your vehicle is vandalized, expect nothing to be done. Or maybe it is just incompetence. good luck
Nothing but Regret This property is for profit not for people. There are two staff members for the entire complex, the security cameras don't actually work, 4 of the 10 lamp posts don't work and need bulbs but management refuses, the lack of communication is unacceptable, their 4-month project is going on month 8, the parking lot and grounds are unkept and completely littered (including nails, glass, and gum) 24/7, the exterior doors do not completely close so no energy efficiency or pest control, the place changes completel... read more
Stay away this place changes management every year and each time it does they try to show they can make money. it is by charging residents more and taking away basic services like trash pickup, working washer and dryer they don't fix broken things but collect their rents. This place has had roaches, bed bugs and backed up sewer lines. Please find a different place this is not worth the money or headaches.
