I would not recommend this organization. I have used them to sell three assets, 2 homes with acreage and an outfitting company for which they legally were not permitted to sell and still took the fee. One the first occasion they did a great job. My most recent transaction was a nightmare. I sold a home with acreage and had zero notice as to the buyers ability to perform. The agent was extremely focused on the buyers and not on his client. Think long and hard before working with Transaction Brokers. Large fee and poor service... read more
